31March 2021. . . Today we headed out at 0730 for half day offshore trip with five anglers from New York. Weather was decent with some clouds, but it was mostly sunny and reached about 77 degrees. Sea state was about 1-2 feet. Great day for fishing. We caught Red Grouper, Red Snapper, Rock bass, Lane Snapper and Grunts. Returned to Carrabelle with 17 keepers! Unfortunately, we had to throw all the Red Snappers back because they are not in season. We also had an encounter with a shark that decided it wanted one of the Snappers (see pic below)! And we ended the day with dolphins following us on our way back to shore!
